1Agreement and payment▶

Sign the client agreement Sign it through the link sent via email (check spam) and SMS. Submit the initial payment Use the secure PayPal link from RYZN. Paying from a linked bank account is preferred. Keep a payment method on file Save it through the same PayPal link. It is charged automatically each billing cycle per your agreement.

2Business details▶

This replaces the separate intake form. You can stop at any point and come back using your save link.

3Google Drive▶

Accept the Google Drive invite During the kickoff call a RYZN team member will go over how to access and accept the Google Drive invite. Upload starter content Add photos to 01 Starter Content, meeting the minimum in your agreement. Add your logo and trainer headshots to 03 Brand & Team.

4Account access▶

Google Ads Provide your Google Ads customer ID if you already have an account. If you don't, you'll set it up on the kickoff call with a RYZN team member.

Ten digits, top right of your Google Ads account.

Google Business Profile Provide the business name your profile is listed under if you already have one. If you don't, you'll set it up on the kickoff call with a RYZN team member.

Google Analytics and website Provide your website and Google Analytics property ID if you already have them. If you don't, you'll set them up on the kickoff call with a RYZN team member.

5CRM, phone number and texting registration▶

Log in to your CRM Use the invite email from RYZN. Add a card for usage Go to Settings → Billing. This card pays for phone, text and email usage in your CRM.

Choose a preferred area code Pick one within your service area.

Provide a forwarding number The phone that should ring when a lead calls, such as your cell or office line.

Use the new number everywhere a lead can find you Website, social media profiles and printed materials. RYZN updates your landing pages and ads.

Texting registration (A2P 10DLC)

Have submitted the CP-575 form on the onboarding form This is the IRS letter confirming your EIN, uploaded with your documents in step 2. It is what the carriers check your business name and EIN against.

⚠Do not text leads from the CRM until RYZN confirms approval. Approval takes several days to a few weeks. Calls work immediately.

6Kickoff▶

Schedule your kickoff call Use the calendar link RYZN sends. Come prepared to confirm these Fill them in now and we'll have them before the call.
